  • Client Requirement: Our company was tasked with providing a series of high-performance and high-precision Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) magnet assemblies with different magnetization orientations. These magnets were crucial in achieving precise particle beam confinement and accurate trajectory alignment as per the project's design.
  • Our Solution: In response, NGYC developed and manufactured a range of high-performance SmCo magnet assemblies with various magnetization orientations. These magnets not only possessed high magnetic energy product and temperature stability but also demonstrated excellent batch consistency. Each individual magnet maintained a magnetic declination angle within 1°. Upon assembly, the client reported successful initial testing and commissioning, highlighting the exceptional consistency of the SmCo magnet assemblies and their high precision in magnetic field confinement for the particle beam.
