Magnetic iron-cobalt-vanadium alloy is primarily composed of cobalt and iron. It offers several unique features, including high saturation magnetization (Bs), which reaches up to 2.4T, the highest among soft magnetic alloys. Also, the alloy's high Curie temperature (Tc) and large magnetostriction coefficient (with 1J22 reaching 60~100×10-6) allow for efficient energy output and stability at higher temperatures.

However, the low resistivity and high eddy current losses make it unsuitable for high-frequency applications. Adding elements like Ni or V can enhance the alloy's processability and oxidation resistance.

NGYC's Cobalt Vanadium Iron is widely used in various applications such as aviation electronics, micro motors, electromagnetic coils, relays, and motors, where miniaturization and high-temperature resistance are critical.

Note:
  • Our 1J22 series alloys, including 1J21, 1J22, and 1J22HK, exhibit excellent magnetic properties such as high saturation magnetic induction, high Curie temperature, and high magnetostriction coefficient, while maintaining excellent mechanical strength.
  • Additionally, though showing slightly lower magnetic performance, 1J27 offers better ductility, fatigue resistance, processability, and weldability.

No, we don't. Generally, our products are customized according to customers' requirements. We can assist our customers in designing approximate dimensions based on their product usage.

As our magnets are machined, not molded, there is no minimum order quantity. We can produce even just one piece. However, the production cost varies, so the unit price for a small quantity may be higher.
Since all of our products are customized, normally we do not keep extras in stock. Therefore, we may need to make new samples when customers request them, which incurs additional costs. We may provide free samples only if we happen to have the product in stock.

We accept cash, wire transfer (T/T), and letter of credit (L/C), with wire transfer being the preferred method. For small orders, infrequent annual orders, or initial order, payment is required before shipment. Once the trust has been built, we can consider monthly billing.

It depends on the product's performance, size, shape, and quantity. In general, the lead time is around 30-40 days if we have readily available raw materials. For special specifications, grades, or large quantities of products, please confirm the lead time with our sales representative when placing your order.

To test the performance of soft magnetic materials, we follow these steps:

  • We take samples from the same batch of raw materials used to manufacture the product and process them into sample rings.
  • We anneal the sample rings and the soft magnetic product together in a hydrogen annealing furnace.
  • We use a soft magnetic tester to test several sample rings from the furnace to obtain the results.
  • We analyze all the data and determine if the material is qualified.

Our packaging methods mainly include standard cardboard box packaging and wooden crate packaging. We can also customize packaging methods according to customers' requirements. All packaging methods provide good protection, but the classification is based on customers' applications and the product size. For example, oversized products cannot be packed in cardboard boxes.
